CHAPTER 7: MR. MC

She did not get up from her seat, so she sat down properly as she faced him.

"I don't know why you're so mad at me." She couldn't stop herself from muttering those words because they seemed insulting.

"Really? Playing innocent, huh? Well, I can't blame my brother." He looked at her whole being again.

"You look so... innocent. You can deceive even the devil himself." He suddenly smirked after saying those words. She was about to open her mouth again to ask what he meant by that, but the man preceded her.

"I don't like you for my brother. I hope I made myself clear. My brother is my only family. I will never let anyone hurt him or fool him. You're way too good at hiding your true identity. Break up with him or you will regret it." His voice was threatening, even though his face was calm.

She wanted to cry at what she heard. She didn't know why he seemed so disgusted with her. As far as she knows, she hasn't done anything wrong to him.
