Work was the usual. Boring. Too noisy at some points. Too quiet at some points, and sometimes, too chaotic.

Today was one of those chaotic days. My company’s ceo and his assistants were supposed to make sure a particular project was fully supervised and without any mistakes. The project got submitted to me, and it only took me a glance to figure out that the work was carried out on a really fast pace and got little to no cross checking.

After long stressful hours, I finally left for home. Some people might think being the owner of a company was easy and stress-free, but that’s honestly the complete opposite. Unlike employees of a company, they do not have to worry about the growth and well being of the company, all they’d be concerned about is getting paid their money.

I breathed out a sigh as my driver pulled the door open for me. I fished out my phone and put a call through to Molly, craving nothing but cuddles with her at the moment.
