Chapter 36 - Not taking chances

"What do you mean someone's following you? Who?" Domenic asked all confused but upset at the same time. I was trying to find the right words but I didn't have them.

"I don't know, today I received an envelope filled with pictures of me from all the places I went to in the last two weeks at least." Just thinking about it makes my body shake from shivers.

"And you haven't noticed anything until now?" Domenic got up and walked over to his desk and took his phone.

"Well no, it's not like I knew to look for abnormalities." I told him as he was typing on his phone. "Who are you texting?" I ask as I get up and walk up to him.

"The head of my security team, he's gonna assign you a bodyguard." He says and I instantly put my palm over his phone preventing him from typing.

"Do you really think that's necessary, maybe Im exaggerating. Or someone is playing a prank on me." I say as I realize it scared him more than it scared me.
