Chapter 19 Are You Letting Me Go?

Paige's POV

I jumped in my seat and slowly turned to the table next to me after I heard a loud thud and crash. Ares is now crying after turning the table upside down. He's wasted. So as Alex, who's resting his back against the wall, staring at Aunt Precy's picture. On the other hand, Achi heaved a sigh and slowly put the tray of coffee on the visitors' table. He walked towards his brother and started cleaning the mess in silence. His face was grim but I can see in his eyes that he's worried.

Everyone was silent. No one dares to speak. Only the sorrow and darkness of pain is reigning the cold four-cornered room. After the funeral, we gathered here to pay respect. Aunt Precy's friends, classmates, and colleagues paid a visit.

I looked in front of me again and stared at Aunt Precy's picture. Squeezing my eyes closed, I heaved a sigh, trying to calm myself.

I looked in my cousins' direction again. Mandy, Achi's girlfriend, is now giving coffee and food to the visitors.

I envy Achi's stren
