The week went by so fast that I had no idea where the days had gone, and today was Friday. What had begun as a fairly interesting week by now had become routine and mundane. After that magical night I spent with Davien, he became so busy with work that we barely got to talk. He’d be in meeting after meeting, both physical and via zoom. And I was just there acting as his trusted assistant, making sure that his life wasn’t as hard. But that didn’t mean we didn’t have our fair share of stolen kisses, embraces and other things.

Today had begun like any other workday, and I was in my office before eight o’clock. Davien was also in his office, preparing for the big expansion in France and was already working on one in Italy and Brazil as well.
