Chapter seventy four

Kathleen pov

I haven't seen Jason all morning and I haven't heard from Derek when he left my office to his. I I had to cancel his appointment in the morning thinking he would be late today but not this late. I wanted to call Ariel to check up on Jason but I changed my mind.

It was lunch hour and I had made plans to meet up with Lydia for lunch.

As I was about leaving, Derek came into my office with a confused look written across his face.

"Jason isn't in his office, has he being here this morning?" He asked.

I shook my head. "Nope not even a call or message from him. I am staring to get worried, Mr Derek."

He sighed deeply and shook his head. "I have to hear from Ariel."

He brought out his phone from his pocket and dialed ariel's number.

She didn't answer the call at first but called back a second.

"Jason hasn't been to the company this morning, Ariel." Derek informed.

And I couldn't hear what her reply.

"What? He is fucking sleeping by this time of the day? Are you sure of what you
