Chapter 33: Contract

While Daisy enjoyed her meal, Axel took the opportunity to quickly glance through the report sent to his email on his mobile phone. His eyes skimmed over the numbers and important information, but in the midst of his concentration, Daisy's voice called out.

"Axel." After she finished eating, Daisy gathered up the courage to talk to him. It was time for her to discuss her decision.

Axel tore his gaze away from his phone and looked straight at Daisy. "What's the matter?"

"Is your previous offer still valid?" Daisy asked seriously, swallowing her anxiety and waiting for Axel's response.

"Lucky for you, tomorrow is the deadline for that bet." Axel replied after a brief moment of silence. Axel didn't seem surprised by Daisy's change. It was likely that he had anticipated this.

"If I agree to your request, can you fulfill some of my demands?" Daisy straightforwardly asked, sensing a serious gaze from Axel.
