Chapter Fifty Six

Lucas drove to the warehouse where he took Mitchell to. After listening to her plea that day he didn't have the heart to just kill her like that for the sake of the little boy. He only did what he did for the sake of her son, which was why he shot her in the shoulder, he knew she couldn't die if he shot her there.

After he shot her, he used a cloth to tie the wound so she didn't bleed too much and brought her directly here. 

"How is she doing, is there any sign of her opening her eyes soon?" he asked the guy treating her. This was also where he treated himself anytime he got wounded and he came here to hide sometimes till things calm down on the outside a bit.

"She moved her hands the other time, that's why I called you here. She should open her eyes anytime from now, " The guy replied. 

"Okay, that's a relief," Lucas sighed. He just needed her to get well, so she could get the hell out of his warehouse. He wanted nothing to do with her after th
