Aunt Daisy, yes, it’s her, she’s calling.

D'Andre remained in the dimly lit car, the silence on the other end of the phone echoing in his ears. He couldn't quite believe what happened to Maiari. It had been a whirlwind of emotions, with worriment, frustration, and sadness all tangled up together.
