After hearing Rose's response, the manager gasped and quickly lowered her upper body, bowing respectfully to Rose under the watchful gaze of everyone. She remembered her mentor telling her to always show utmost respect towards whoever comes and claims to be Mrs. Gray's daughter.

She disregarded the fact that she was older than Rose and showed her respect to the young girl. According to her mentor, she knew that Rose's mother was someone that is respected by her mentor and apart from Rose's reputation.
