Currently the funds in the account shouldn't be worth Gold credit card anymore but we couldn't upgrade it because no one had come to claim it yet until now. This is the reason why I had invited you, so we are going to have to upgrade the account using your own information now to a VIP account which would be more secure for the funds in your account and more suitable for your standard.” Nancy patiently explained properly to Rose.
