Killian's POV

The moment I dropped the phone and stood to my feet, Shedrack followed me with an accusatory look in his eyes.

“The record room? That wasn't part of the plan. Why can't you get it yourself, I mean you are strong enough to survive whatever comes after.” Shedrack folded his arms and squared up in my face. I knew he was only being protective of his special friend whether he decided to say it or not. I was just done with explaining myself.

“If there will be any hint of information that talks about Hannah Martins, it's going to be inside of those record rooms.” I said, choosing to move out of his way so I could prepare for the backlash. There had to be security of some sort, they weren't stupid enough to leave their most prized asset—which is the information they hold of really powerful people that got away with dubious shit.

“There is more than one record room?” He stood toe to toe with me again.

“Okay, dude if you don't back t
