Rosemary’s Pov

A wave of happiness flows through my body – a glorious feeling indeed.

“Finally…I am dying…” a peaceful yet exciting thought crosses my mind – the root of my happiness. It is actually quite sad when I think about it ; sad that I once loved life yet now I find happiness in knowing that my life is now coming to an end. I feel my chest collapse and then rise , it repeats this motion and I impatiently wait for it to stop. I feel my eyebrows knitting together in an angered manner ; why won’t I just die?!!!

I slowly try to pry my eyes open , knowing that today is sadly not the day I will be meeting my maker. My left eye slowly opens but not to wide as its swollen nature prevents me from doing so.
