New York, USA (July 2019) The lust demons that didn't respond to her calling turned the tables on them. The fighting got renewed and now the angels and werewolves were losing. New York (July 2019) Haneul was gaping at her and the Tina enjoyed the sight too much, before she realized why he was probably staring up at her, frozen on the ground. "Shoot. I'm so sorry. Did I hit you with that, too? I swear, I don't know what I'm doing." Tina apologized profusely. Hearing Haneul's summons, she hit the ground running just as Addai had taught her, but she felt her magic spread in places that she didn't want it to. And it wasn't just Haneul, some of the angels had also sank into the ground. "Christina, just pull back. Like I taught you." she heard Addai's voice beside her, but when she turned, he wasn't there. New York (July 2019) Minho saw Monique grab Tina from a distance, and cursed as the Mirrors disappear to God-knows-where. Damn Haneul. He promised to give Minho a warning before he released Addai and Tina from the necklace. Minho could have rushed over to them, then, and made sure she was okay. Instead, he could only hope that whatever instruction Addai had given Tina was enough for her to beat the Princess of Envy. Speaking of Haneul's twin flame, Minho looked up. The sky had parted earlier when Addai ascended, which surprised Minho. When angelic souls were trapped, they usually have the capacity to form vessels right on the spot. But Addai didn't. New York (July 2019) The thing about battles was that tracking somebody in the middle of it was tricky. The carnage pretty much made everybody's energy signature indistinguishable from each other. Alice had to take so much time looking for Veronica. Naturally, by then, her anger towards her sister had turned to concern and worry. While unconscious, LJ muttered something about Geronimo, and Alice feared what that might mean. This is not to mention what she suspected her sister was going through at the moment. "You're so stupid, Alice," she mumbled to herself, as she weaved through the chaos, dodging attacks. She couldn't be stuck in a fight before finding Veronica, or it might be too late. Besides, Tina's legions and the Mirror Division were mopping up what's left of Monique's forces. Alice's main priority now was to find Veronica. He looked worse for wear, but there was a small smile on his face. "You're Stefano, right? The head of the New York werewolf clan. I can't thank you enough for helping us." Alice said, pausing in her efforts to examine Veronica's unconscious form. Stefano inclined his head, "I did it for my people. I have no interest in your battles. But if I might say, it seems like you have very little concern for your comrades. Leading them into battle like that to save your own skin. Don't you think that was too much?" Alice opened her mouth to answer, but no sound came out. He was right, of course. She was scared. When she regained Liv and the others, she became so desperate for escape. But to be fair, she didn't expect Asmodeus to arrive and make a mess of things. "Haneul and the others. What of them?" Alice could only ask.

New York (July 2019) Haneul was worried sick about Tina, but he had to face Akira and the Mirror Divison, as well as the consequences of his action. He was worried about LJ, too, who was wounded in the battle. This is not to mention the souls that they lost because of the battle. It was not surprising that Akira was at his limits when it comes to his frustration about the whole thing. Getting a verbal beating from his superiors probably shouldn't happen in the dining room of the New York werewolf clan, and he could tell his fellow angels were uneasy about it too, but Akira was on a roll. "I was willing to hear you out and try to understand your actions, Haneul. But escaping from your imprisonment, your chance to answer for your crimes, hiding the existence of your twin flame, and now, endangering several of your comrades in order to fight a battle that could have been avoided.
