Chapter 95

Celine Coleman POV

The sound of my blaring alarm pulled me out of my deep slumber, and even though I still felt tired and sleepy, I knew I needed to get out of bed and get ready for work.

Sitting up on the bed, I reached for my phone tiredly and unlocked it. Furthermore, I switched on the data connection, and immediately, tons of messages popped up on my phone. Even though some of the texts were from unfamiliar numbers, I knew that it was Bryant. Yes, I couldn't deny that I missed him so much and desperately wanted to talk to him, or even see him, but then, I couldn't be with someone who doesn't have the slightest trust in me.

Pushing all my thoughts away, I stood up tiredly from bed and dragged myself into the bathroom, had a long and relaxing bath, and soon got ready for work.

My phone beeped just when I was about to leave the hotel room, and I checked to see a text from Mr. Miles.

'Should I pick you up on my way to work? I'm just about to leave my house' I read through
