Freya wiped his cheek with the back of her palm, her heart clenching in pain, seeing him like that.

"You are not human, Duke Elric." She stated, and his body seemed to tense. "If that is your secret, I don't see any reason you should hide it." He laughed, but it was a very sad laugh. "We live in a supernatural world."
