Kendall’s POV

It was beginning to get late and I Could see the eagerness on my mom’s face to leave here. I didn’t know why she felt that way but I didn’t want to question her.

“Why do we have to leave now?” I inquired hoping she was going to admit what all of this was about but she didn’t give me any direct response.

“I don’t want to say anything right here, we’ve stayed here long enough so let’s go home and have dinner.” She said with urgency evident in her tone.

What was so important that we had to leave immediately? My mom wasn’t the type of person to stress over something the way she was now. I knew whatever she was doing would have a very meaningful reason behind it so I didn’t want to question her.

“But don’t you think she’s going to think something’s wrong? That we are leaving this early?” I added packing my things.
