Kendall’s POV

I looked closely to be sure that I wasn’t hallucinating and there was actually someone In Front of me, an old woman and she just spoke to me.

I looked around to be sure this was happening and it was then I noticed my mom was still awake.

I moved over to her in fear of what was happening, she immediately held me into her arms as the both of us watched the woman closely.

I was startled when I heard her speak because she looked so frightening and shaggy that it sent me back immediately.

Mom was also scared as we both watched the woman closely hoping she’ll come back to her senses and go away. I had no business with her whatsoever and I didn’t know her so how did she find us?

Were we being followed? Was this a trap?

I didn’t know what to do as I kept on looking at Mom who seemed clueless too. She just held me in her hands as we both waited for something to happen.
