Chapter 60— Back to him

Rosalie sniffed and laid on the bed in the hotel she was in. Her heart ached and her cries muffled into the pillow.

It was devastating. Sophia didn't have to be that man's daughter. It was degrading that she would fight her half-sister for a man. She couldn't bring herself to do it.

Her tears fell and she sniffed repeatedly. It had only been more than half a day and she missed him already. She shut off all her internet connection so nobody could get through to her on social media after their repeated calls. She was tired and they had to let her be.

She gripped herself firmly as tears ran down her face effortlessly. She missed Xander. She missed him. She wanted to pick the call, yell at him and tell him what was wrong but she couldn't.

All she wanted was to be away from him yet to be close to him. She licked her lips and inhaled.
