"Woo!” we all clapped as group one finished presenting dimmed lights by Loren Gray. They really sang the song well, except for that one contestant who ruined her part.

Group two was called upon, then group three, and then it was finally our turn.

“Now let’s give it up for group four,” the host said, and the judges applauded for us as we walked in.

Immediately the instrumental started playing, and it was Sharon’s cue to sing. Unsurprisingly, Sharon had the most parts, even though she was not well versed in hip-hop.

Our bodies moved to the sound of the rythm, and I could not help but feel myself in my black Jordans.

Sharon stepped forward, as it was her turn to sing again.
