As we made our way back to our coven I thought about how we had pulled that off. Nate had been right to distract the wolves with a rouge attack. I didn't care about those filthy mutts that died. They were a means to end for me and I was glad I didn't have to pick them up. I wasn't going to take the pregnant male, but he smelled like the wolf that had gotten away from us years ago. There was also the fact that he attacked us when we tried to snag our target. I knew I was going to have fun torturing these two. I called Nate after I had them both in the cells. "Hello?" His gruff voice answered after the second ring. I sat on my desk and smiled as I twirled a stand of hair around my pointer finger. "Hello hot stuff" I said in a seductive voice. I loved the way Nate knew how to rock my body and was excited to get my payment for this kidnapping. I heard him groan before he answered me. "What do you want?" He asked firmly. I was startled when my stomach began to rapidly grow. That was the moment I realized it was all because of that woman smoking that pipe. I was trying to help Valerian and went into a panic when his water broke. I didn't know anything about actually giving birth and definitely didn't know anything about male birth. He was panting heavily after his water broke all over the floor. My water broke moments later and I felt the pains getting worse. I couldn't contact Arya at the moment so I was on my own. "Ahhh!" Valerian called out as he hit his knees on the hard floor. I sat next to him and rubbed his lower back trying to relieve some of his pain if I could. I was giddy when my minions told me that both of them had given birth. I wanted to drag out the torture so I let the male keep his babies for a little longer. The look on the females face when I killed her child made me excited. My heart felt happy in that moment as I walked back to my office. When I opened my office door I smiled at the young woman sitting on my couch. "Camilla, Darling, What brings you here at this hour?" I asked her as I made my way to sit on top of my desk. She looked over at me with a smile and waited for me to be seated before she spoke. "I hear you have prisoners and I want in on their torture" She said with that same smile. I was terrified with Artemis being gone. We couldn't get any trace on either of them and I knew she was going through pain. Tafari refused to stomp whimpering and howling all night long. We were both worried about our mate so I wasn't sleeping. I wasn't able to stomach much food either, but I didn't let my pack see me be weak. Jax was a crying mess most of the time and I knew he was trying to be the Beta he was supposed to be. I was trapped in my mind after that child looking witch had stood in front of me. I could only scream when she was done. I was stuck watching my son be killed in front of me on endless cycles. The images changed to every pup I had ever lost asking me why I didn't want them. It was heartbreaking, but it got worse when I felt Arya be ripped away from me. Her being gone didn't last longer than maybe ten minutes before she had returned. We couldn't talk, but I could see her. She looked horrified by what she was pulled back into. I hoped Armand wasn't feeling any of my pain because it was explained to me about fully mated mates being able to feel each others pains. I had done what I could to block him from feeling most of this until I was unable to. Arya let out whimpering noises as we tried to get back to reality. "Artemis?" I heard a soft voice calling out to me. I couldn't place the voice though because it was mingled with my screams. When I opened my eyes again I could see Valerian.

Two days had passed since the witches last visited us. Valerian didn't sleep and they weren't feeding us. I knew they planned to separate us at some point, but I was hoping they wouldn't get the chance. Camilla, the witch that looked like a child, came into the cell with a smile."It's time to purge you again"She said as she faced me. I wondered what she meant for a moment before I felt pain like never before. I looked down at my arms that were suddenly both bleeding. My eyes widened as I looked back up, but I realized that she didn't make it so I couldn't move. Valerian looked at me with wide eyes as my blood hit the ground. I moved towards Camilla slowly which earned me a wicked grin from her."Time to play you filthy mutt"She said as she made her way towards me as well. I let out a growl and glare

I wanted to take a moment to let everyone know I am so sorry that I haven't updated at all. I have been dealing with a lot in my personal life that has kept me from writing. I want you to all know that I am trying my best and will endeavor to write more. I am sorry for letting you down in my writing as of late. I can't wait to be in a place that I can write more freely, but I am not there as of right now. I hope you are all having a great life and that you continue to enjoy reading. ~A*i~
