Lucas walked back into the bedroom and found Luna sitting in a chair, facing the large glass window that offered a view of the nighttime Los Angeles skyline. He noticed Luna wearing his sweater, which seemed a bit oversized on her petite frame but somehow looked just right in Lucas's eyes.

Luna was aware of Lucas's gaze on her and quickly shifted her attention to the sweater she was wearing, as if avoiding his scrutiny. "I didn't have any clothes here, and I can't possibly wear that dress to sleep tonight," Luna explained, pointing at the dress that now lay beside the bed. She seemed to be defending herself for daring to wear Lucas's clothes.

Lucas merely shrugged nonchalantly and took a seat in a chair next to Luna's. "Are you hungry?" he asked, making Luna look at him.
