"I don't want to mince words. We're here to take Oracle back with his real family," Axe said suddenly when he saw me and Rose step through the doorway.

His mouth really couldn't hold back. Couldn't Axe have waited just a moment before making his wish known? I felt bad for Rose.

"What does he mean, Bridgette? Did he know?" asked Rose as quietly as possible with an incredulous look.

I sighed harshly and nodded my head in agreement. It was already done. I couldn't deny it anymore, no matter how much I publicized the truth to Axe. That man was still a cunning human who managed to trick me into telling him the truth. Had I known from the start that the letter Axe brought was a share transfer letter, I wouldn't have acknowledged the fact that Oracle was his son. Never.
