Waking up in an unknown environment Tonio groaned as he opened his eyes, adjusting it to the light after so much blinking and hardness he sighed

Where was he and why does everywhere smell do weird and unfamiliar. Damn his body hurts like hell, shit did he fight the second world war??? Struggling to stand up he felt something holding him in place.
