THE heavy atmosphere inside is making the steps of Mike Bautista hefty. He has been through a lot of this kind of situation—nonetheless, this time it feels such different.

Upon going to the bed side that is covered by the front door of the comfort room… Sam puts some food on the table.

“Sam?” a weak voice calls his name and Mike flinched in mercy.

He can’t walk through … the memories of this room is so precious to him.

Room number 401 is the room where his grandmother died too. Mike is holding back his tears, as he walks to grandma Georgia’s bed.

The hanging fluids that are supporting her life are too heavy for him. He gulped, “g-good evening grandma,” for the first time of his life—he is stuttering when seeing this kind of situation.

Grandma Georgia is surprised when Sam brings a friend with him.
