Asher stared blankly, his food laid cold in front of him. He hadn't said a word for two days since the news of Mia disappearing. His parents feared he might have a mental breakdown. They had tried searching round town but she couldn’t be found. Due to the letter she dropped, they could not report to the police as a missing person.

Fred sighed heavily as he held on to his son's shoulder. “Get a grip on yourself son."

Asher didn't reply for a long time as he let the silence stretched between them. "I want my woman back. I want my Mia back." He mumbled.
