Chapter 9 : Ryans POV

She holds the front door open for me and follows in after me. We get through security no problem because I had her added to the security system along with getting her a photo ID done all yesterday so we got through in minutes. Next we make it to the 18th floor which is the top floor in this building which is where my office is housed along with the COO Garys Sands and CFO Tom Marks who I introduce Ana to right away and then finally get to my office which her office is inside of in the corner its not too big and not too small but she will barely be in it if she does the job right. So I go about telling her what to do for the first meeting since she has no idea what the job entails yet at this point. " I need you to open this company's offer file proofread, fix the mistakes, and send the revision in email to me, Sands, and Marks , whose email I've sent to your inbox. Next you will print out copies for the three of us and one for everyone who is on their side. You will need to look up their names and positions to be aware whose in the room and where you will seat them. Now call the caterer whose number is already in the phone I gave you there is also a list in your inbox of the big hits that everyone seems to love and order whatever else you think they will like and have it delivered. Now do you understand all that you need to do? " Yes sir I have it all under control." She stated confidently. "Okay so that is also what you will need to do with every other meeting today, got it? Oh and obviously do not print the revisions until you have got the all clear from me." "Understood sir." I sit at my desk and within ten minutes I have received the revision of offer file. I conference in Sands and Marks and together we go over it to see where the mistakes were and if there were any others now and then that is when we see she also added some of her own plan ideas into the file and they were actually quite good. They were smart, sound, and worked well for both our companies if it were not for these plans from her I am positive this meeting would left with them unhappy and rejecting our offer at least now we stand a fighting chance. We all agreed so I told her to go ahead and print it through the intercom after I hung up with the guys. She then went to the copy room down the hall to collect all the paperwork from the printer. As she was walking back into her office the caterer had called they were here she went down and got everything. when she got back I said "Next time let me know they are here and we will have one of the security guards bring it up as they usually do and have them inform reception not you, reception will then let me know when it is coming up okay? Also you do know we only order caterering once a day so you did order enough for every meeting correct? Yes Mr. O'Rourke I kinda of assumed you would only order once and not every meeting so went ahead and ordered enough for all the meetings." She said with a giggle. Now she goes to the conference room and sets a plate of pastries in the middle of the table along with plates and napkins , she then put the papers around the table I'm at the head by the window Sands and Marks will be to my right and then in highest ranking position to lowest ranking position of the people of company who is coming to my left. She really is quite brillant and breathtakingly beautiful. She then goes and ask Sands and Marks if the want coffee, tea or bottled water for the meeting they say yes she gets it for them and makes it just to their liking next she comes up to me "Mr. O'Rourke would you like coffee or anything? Also shall I sit in this meeting and take notes I already set up a chair behind you out of the way just in case?" "Yes to the coffee and yes to the taking notes I dont know how I have not thought of that before." I say with a huge grin on my face cause I can see she is going to stop me from looking like an ass a lot in the future with no more calls to try and remember what was said. She gets my coffee brings its to me and whispers "they are on their way up sir." She ask each person one by one if they would like coffee, tea, or water and she goes and get its and wheels it back on a little coffee cart I have never seen before. She takes her seat and waits to begin taking notes.  I read our offer proposal as they read it to themselves as well they were not happy to say the least but when they got to the end and saw they have an option to buy back in the first five years if the company is doing well only at a 10% increase in how much we buy from them this makes them and us happy either way we are making money. To be honest I see the first five years doing well so I can see them purchasing it back but after five years I do not know how relevant they will still be unless the can come up with a new product that was a stipulation added in they are not allowed to hold back and product ideas in hopes of for when or if they buy us back, see told you she was so smart and as of now they all stay in the same position unless we see some serious discrepancies or disregard for our company. They all agreed and were on their way. All the meetings went smoothly today due to Ana she added things to every file whether it was to invest or offer buyouts. This girl had an eye on where to make money and she also took beautiful notes set up the conference brilliantly and even order these peoples favorite orders I don't know how she did it but she did. Not only is she a competent worker I am afraid to lose this girl to a better position in a different company cause I can tell you right now she belongs running her own company. I would normally ask her to order me a call girl after today but it all went so smoothly I dont need it plus after what we did last night don't want her to think she irrelevant and it was just a one time thing as she wants but more I want it to be much more, and I always get what I want but I have a feeling this girl can give me a run for my money.
