Chapter 69: Piggyback ride

He laughed inwardly at her childish behavior and continued walking behind her.

"Careful, you..."

"Ah!" She cried in pain, and Dante rushed to her.

"Hey, why are you in a hurry?" He held her hand.

"I am fine." She pushed his hand slightly from her hand, she tried to stand then noticed that her ankle ached as soon as her weight rested on her leg, she frowned, holding her ankle.

"What is it?"

"I must have sprained my ankle." Dante looked at Barbara who was holding her ankle in pain, she could see his concern, about how she was going to go home with him.

"I could wait for you here, maybe, you could go home and bring your car here to take me home."

Dante looks at her, he runs his hand on his nape.

"Let me carry you instead." Barbara looks at him

"How are you going to carry me with those bags?"

"Piggyback ride."

She looked at him, with her puppy eyes, Dante nodded and then bent for her to climb on him, her eyes sparked, and her lips curved into a nice smile as she quickly latched on Dante's
