"I want you." He blurted out,with a mock laugh.

What the fuck is he saying? Should I just call security to throw him out since he thinks I am a joke? I wanted to say something to him, but he suddenly started laughing.

"What's so funny? Am I funny?" I asked him with a straight face, sounding offended.

He stopped laughing, straightening himself. "Sorry for laughing but I'm not actually laughing at you. I was just trying to cheer you up."

"And why would you cheer me up?" I fired another question at him.

He cleared his throat, probably too embarrassed because I don't find it funny. "I heard what happened and I thought you might be devastated. I just wanted to cheer you up."

"Like I said, you and I are not exactly close for you to be doing things like that for me."
