PATHETIC LOVE (THIRTY)

"Are you awake?"

Edna smiled wryly while shaking her feet on the edge of the bed. It felt too much if Acelon would greet her with a warm romantic greeting and a sweet smile that broke because in fact Acelon was not a man like that. The simple morning greeting that sounded so flat was more than enough to start an ordinary day.

"Let me put the tie on."

Edna quickly got up from her bed and walked over to Acelon who was busy tidying up his red tie which had not been properly attached. It was unusual for that man to be still in her room after spending such an emotional night with her. Was that man really waiting for her to wake up? Or was there anything else the man wanted to say?

"How do you feel? I hope you don't look pathetic again this morning because that's really not your style. You are much more suited to your flat face which looks terrible." Edna said earnestly without intending to mock at all.
