Chapter 76

Narrator’s POV— 

Adrian was enraged by Emily’s statement but there was a feeling more than just anger too! He was shocked! Why would Emily say something like that to him?? Why would she feel pity?? He stood flabbergasted for a few moments before returning to his car and driving away! He needs to sit with Mr Brad and discuss the way forward!

It was afternoon and Adrian walked in the Ford Mansion. Mr Brad must have informed Mr Jason Ford about the incident at the police station because when Adrian reached the mansion, Mr Jason was waiting for him.

“Master Adrian! Your father has requested you to meet him, in his study as soon as you return.” One of the maids Tisha informed him.

Adrian narrowed his eyes and asked, “My father? Is he home??”

“Yes young master, the master has not left for his office and has been waiting for you to return.” Tisha stood bowing her head when she spoke.

“What about Mr Brad? Did he come yet?”
