Performing her duty as his wife

When she got to the company, she noticed everyone laughing on their phones, laughing and murmuring among herself.

No one greeted her.

Her manager who was coming out from his office paused and looked at everyone then went back to her again.

"Can't you see your boss is here? All you do is press your phone, give me those!!" He began collecting their phones while some were quick enough to hide their own phone.

"Good morning Miss" they began greeting her but she only scoffed at them as she headed to her office.

"Extra one hour after work for annoying her and no lunch breaks" He pointed at them before following her to the office.

The workers began murmuring to themselves.

She was already in her chair, rubbing her forehead tiredly.

"I'm really sorry about them but I will advise you not to check Hollywood news right now" he told her.

She gave him a look before picking her phone before taking her phone.
