Kenny sat in his room, engrossed in his book,but he couldn't even understand what he was reading. His mind was being disturbed by the thoughts of what Natasha was going through. It was all because of him. He blamed himself for failing to protect her. This was the promise Kenny made to Natasha that he would always protect her. Kenny was still on the first page of the book when his phone buzzed on the desk. He glanced at the screen, eyebrows furrowing in confusion. The number displayed was unfamiliar, a string of digits he had never seen before. Curiosity piqued, he reached for his phone and unlocked it, opening the message.

"Meet me at the old abandoned warehouse at midnight. Come alone."

The words glowed eerily on the screen, sending a shiver down Kenny's spine. The warehouse had a reputation in town—a dark history that had become the stuff of legends. Rumors of haunted spirits and mysterious disappearances had surrounded the place for years, making it a location that people avoided.
