Chapter 62: Foreboding

“Stay still,” I muttered while wrapping the bandage on Zygo’s arm. I could feel his intense stare, but I did not mind it and focused my eyes on his wound. 

“Why are you so good at this? No. Why are you so good at everything?” he asked, making me press his wound to shut him up. I let out a deep sigh as I finished wrapping the bandage. I quickly stood up and looked at him. Our eyes met. 

“It’s all good. Thank God that the bullet wasn’t too deep.” I stared at Zygo while observing his face. 

“Have you fallen for me?” Zygo asked when I remained to stare at his face for a couple of seconds. His arrogance is activated again. I just clicked my tongue.
