40: Torturing Her is Bliss

Kai’s POV

Even though she never failed to wreck havoc in my nervous system, I doubt I’d ever grow tired of watching how beautifully Cora’s hips sway when she was away in a fit of anger, especially then. I was certain that I’d caught her in a lie though, and I’d patiently wait for when it’d blow up and bite her in the ass.

My job was done so I walked out of the basement and headed toward my room to relax after the tedious day I’d had.

However, seconds before I pushed the door of my room open, Levi suddenly appeared in my line of vision and I knew that my day was far from over. He walked into the room with me and shut the door behind him.

“You look exhausted, do you want me to come back another time?” He barely moved away from the door after examining my appearance.

“I just had a nerve wracking session with the maids but I'm good, hit me,” I yawned as I took a seat at my study desk.

“I can really return later, of tomorrow, it’s not urgent anyways” He assured me but I knew it was merely
