"I am not interested in all that rubbish, and I still need to head home, back to my people, and to end this kidnapping of my women. That's my major purpose here, not to be his majesty's mate, nor any of your dragons' queen," I blurted out.

"Hmm..." Abigail didn't say anything in response to what I said. Instead, she relaxed her back into the executive golden seat she sat on. I sighed, thinking not to be selfish, watching Abigail stay awake and guard me while I slept comfortably. So, I asked Abigail, "Aren't you going to sleep?"

I met Abigail's red eyes, which seemed scary at night. She replied, "No, I am not. We dragons are stronger and more active at night. If you go out now, you will see some of us flying about and exercising our franchise."

"Okay, good night then," I told Abigail as I wanted to sleep. I had worried so much about Mikel, my people, and my elder sister, whom I had last seen after 7 years of being apart.

I slept slowly and finally woke up the following morni
