31. The New Room

Wearing the yellow gown, it sized me though a bit long and sweeping the floor as it wasn't my length, but it was better than parading myself bare. I walked to the mirror to attend to my hair.

Staring at the drawer closer to the mirror, there wasn't any comb, so I decided to run my fingers through my long blonde hair to straighten it.

Still combing my hair with my fingers, I stared at my room door that pushed open, and Abigail walked in with a tray of food while I was looking expressionless, not hungry as I really wanted to head out to check up on Mikel. I turned to face Abigail and asked, "Have you seen his majesty yet?"

Abigail was silent at first, and I hated it when Abigail kept mute instead of giving me a response.

"Abigail," I called her name, and she walked to a golden chair set beside a shining golden table, placed my meal there, and turned to face me, still in her white long dress.

"I haven't seen his majesty, and I cannot go to him now if that's what you're thinkin
