Bianca shakes free of me and continues on her way, but pauses to throw two words at me over her shoulder.

“Who’s Jessica?”

“The woman whom you just spoke to over the phone and who coincidentally, is the same woman whom you knew I was in love with.”

I don’t know the answer to this question, but now is not the time to ponder on it either.
