“Miss me,” was the message from Matt that she received as the van rolled off.
She looked back at nakita niya itong hinahatid pa ng tingin ang van na sinasakyan niya. Matt looked even more handsome and her heart flipped thinking he was hers.
Matt looked down on his phone as if expecting a reply.
“I miss you already,” mabilis na tinipa ni Gabby ang reply. Hindi na sya nag-isip pa. If she stopped and thought what to reply to him, baka wala siyang mai-send na sagot.
She saw him smile. Dali-dali siyang umayos ng upo. Her cheeks, rosy.

Tumayo si Gabby at umakyat sa maliit na entablado pagkarinig sa pangalan niya. The main stars already occupied the center seats.Joel was also called after her and they occupied the farthest seats from the center.The light directed at them was blinding and hot but she maintained her composure and smiled even when most of the questions ay nakasentro lang naman sa mga main stars. Inihatid muna ni Matt and mag-iina niya to a restaurant at the second level of the hotel and excused himself.“I’ll be back.” anito. Gabby watched as Matt kissed the twins. She looked around. THREE DAYS AWAY from his family felt like months. Even with the nightly calls, he missed them terribly. His plane just landed at Sangley airport and he got a call right away. “Have you just landed?” Nico did not bother with greetings anymore. “Yes.” “You need to be in Terminal 2. I have a team waiting outside but I don’t think you will make the flight. I’ve arranged a chopper to get you to the airport.” “Wait.” Matt calmed himself. Jessica was downstairs. It took some time after Gabby ended the call before that sunk in. Jessica was obviously not looking for Matt but wanted to see her. “CARE TO EXPLAIN WHY YOU WOULD RUN AWAY?” Tiningnan siya ni Matt before he took his first spoonful of soup. Gabby wished that the twins did not leave. HE CARRIED HER OFF THE BED at inilang hakbang lang nito ang daybed na nasa isang sulok ng kwarto. He laid her on it before he reached out for throw blanket on one of the chairs. Mabilis itong nahiga sa tabi niya, fixed the one pillow on it that Chico left on the daybed earlier and he threw the blanket over them.
