Game Continues

Keyara pushed Grey's body away from her. Her face turned even redder as she wiped her lips with her arm, so hard that she felt a burning sensation on them.

"Sir!" Keyara exclaimed in panic, her eyes widened in anger, and she gritted her teeth to hold back the emotions that were about to explode from within her.

"As I said before if you answer incorrectly, the punishment is a kiss. How about it, isn't this similar to your game?" Grey said without any remorse.

"You can't do that, it's harassment!" Keyara answered fiercely.

"Oh, harassment? So what you did to me back then should also be considered harassment. Suddenly patting someone's shoulder and kissing them like that. Do you think that's not harassment? Don't think that only women can call it harassment, men can too!" Grey spoke harshly, and his words made Keyara silent.

"Listen, you started this game, so I will continue it. As long as you work here, you cannot avoid this game. I will ask and you will answer. If your answer deviates or is wrong, the punishment is a kiss!"

Keyara was confused, but Grey pointed to his office door, "You can leave now," said Grey, which of course immediately made Keyara turn and walk towards the door.

Kira, who was tidying up the papers, was surprised to see Key come out of Grey's room with a deep red face and almost in tears. Kira couldn't imagine how a new girl at work could get scolded by the boss like that.

Key could feel her hands trembling and her body getting hot. Instead of going back to her workplace, Keyara ran towards the toilet and immediately took one of the stalls and cried inside.

It's a disaster! A curse! This is happening because she dared to randomly kiss someone at the club as a dare. Now, Keyara is receiving karma for her behavior. Instantly, without pause.

Tony, who was in his office, looked around nervously. He didn't expect that a new girl, a woman again, in his division had already been scolded by Grey. Tony knew how his boss's mood could be unpredictable. His sternness had become a terrifying ghost in the office, but his cold hands had successfully made the love triangle game popular among young and adult audiences.

"Why, Ton?" Brian asked while peeking in Tony's direction.

"I'm worried, Keyara hasn't come back yet," Tony replied.

"Hey, if it's Keyara, she went to the bathroom earlier. I just passed her when I was going to the bathroom," Brian replied, then went into the room.

"Oh? Thank goodness she's already out. Because she was in Mr. Grey's room for a long time, I was afraid something happened to her," Ashida added while continuing to look at the design on her laptop.

"Yeah, that's why. We just got a new girl, don't let her run away again..." explained Tony.

"Yes, especially Keyara, she's also cute, so our division feels more relaxed with her around," Sean spoke up, and apparently, everyone agreed. The character design division is indeed difficult to find women.

The majority of the female division works in the admin and story units. So, they were thrilled when a sweet girl like Keyara finally joined the division. Keyara entered the room, her makeup already tidy. She made sure there were no traces of tears on her cheeks or around her eyes. It was her first day of work, so she didn't want to ruin her already uplifted mood since morning. Although her heart was broken by the boss's treatment, the girl was determined to persevere. She wouldn't let herself be defeated by the boss and move on. This place has been her dream for a long time, and she didn't want to let go of her dreams because of a few unpleasant things.

When Keyara entered, Tony immediately approached her. "Are you okay, Key?"

"I'm okay. Just got some instructions from the boss earlier," Keyara replied.

"I told you, right? Don't worry, we know our boss is super strict, but there's no way he would scold a new employee!" Glen chimed in while putting on his headset, apparently getting ready with his mellow songs.

"Well, that's good if nothing's wrong. Alright then, go back there Key, let's work. For now, we're making this character," Tony immediately showed Keyara his notes, a printout with some crossed-out and noted sections.

Keyara accepted the notes given by Tony, read them for a moment, and then nodded. "Okay, Key, your desk is close to Ashida's," explained Tony, which was answered by Keyara's second nod.

After receiving some necessary guidance from the division leader, Keyara went to her empty desk, with only a computer set up. Later, she would fill the desk with various personal items. For now, she was satisfied with what was there. Ashida peeked at Keyara's desk from beside her and said, "Hey Key, I'll just call you Key, okay? If you have any problems, just knock on this partition, and I'll take a look."

"Yes, I am okay, thank you..."

Ashida smiled, usually, the Chara Design personnel would call her Nidji, but a new member was willing to call her by her real name. So it felt like she was Ashida, not Ashida KW.

Across the room, Sean snorted, "Wuuu... Ashida's starting to flirt!"

"What are you talking about? I'm just helping a junior!" Ashida retorted.

Brian, who was next to Sean, laughed, "Okay, okay, Nuts! Your flirting will be exposed, so it's not good!" Brian's words were immediately followed by a barrage of rolled-up paper.

Keyara laughed quietly by herself at her desk, even though it was just a small laugh. After the unpleasant incident with the boss earlier, at least her division colleagues were funny and made her laugh happily. It was a working atmosphere like this that boosted her spirits.

Time passed quickly, and it seemed like the workers were starting to get noisy as lunchtime approached.

Ashida knocked on the partition separating her desk from Keyara's and looked toward Keyara, "Key, who are you having lunch with?"

Keyara looked toward Ashida and shook her head, "I don't have any plans yet."

"Do you want to join us, the guys' gang?!" Ashida asked.

"Um..." Oh no, Keyara didn't want to reject her colleagues. Moreover, she knew that Ashida was being thoughtful because she knew Keyara was a new member and didn't know anyone around there. There were no other female colleagues in the division, so she could only hang out with the guys' group.

Keyara nodded, "Okay," replied Keyara, who was then answered without a thumbs up by Ashida. When it was critical time to take a lunch break, many workers were seen pacing around anxiously. Some were even chatting with their friends already.
