That Friday morning, the Royal family left the palace to the airport to board the private plane to London for the launching ceremony that was taking place in my dad's company the following day, but Esmeralda was going to be staying back to resume the first semester in college.

Everyone seems excited about the ceremony except me because the end of the launching ceremony marks the end of my title as a princess of Spain. I tried to make it easy for myself by avoiding Estefan throughout the week.

I knew he was looking for a way to talk to me and I had a feeling he wanted to tell me the truth about why he married me. Hearing the truth from him would break my heart more, so I wanted to avoid it as much as I could.

We all stepped into the plane and I took a seat that was farther from everyone else. I noticed Estefan approaching me, so I put on my headphones to drown out whatever he was going to say, that way he would leave me alone.
