Any normal she wolf would have ran... towards her mate ofcourse, after finding him.

I did the same.

But with a slight change. 

I did run but towards the other direction. I ran like a madwoman, everything around me blurred, I felt my breathing become labored but I did not stop.

Not until I reached the door of the room we were staying at.

With shaking hands I opened the door and slammed it behind me, the loud slamming sound awakened my senses and I quickly turned towards the bed to look for Theo only to find it empty.

Where is Theo?

I sprint towards the bathroom to find it empty aswell. 

I guess he went for a walk.

It's good he's not here, I sigh feeling grateful.

I don't know how I would have faced him.

I take in a deep breathe and make my way towards the bed, I slump down it tiredly.
