Meanwhile, Sarah managed to get out of Melrose and run to the bus stop. She couldn't believe she overslept on a stupid office desk.

Her back hurt, while her head felt like a block of ice. If it were not for Chelsea calling, she would have slept in the office the whole day.

She was sure Ezra was not in his suite. The jerk got the doors working and chose to leave instead of waking her up.

She gritted her teeth as she entered the bus. Or did he expect to start working?

He refused her resignation letter, the very letter that he asked of her the second he laid eyes on her.

The man had multiple personality disorders.

The bus stopped at her house, and she got out cursing. She was now officially his slave for life, and even after telling him her side of the story, she was still not free.

She was about to enter the house when her phone rang. It was from an unknown number. She breathed a sigh of relief. For a second, she thought it was Ezra calling.
