Chapter 93: Flashback

"What's wrong with it?" I gathered all my strength to utter it.

I already finished my food. I lower my glasses to look at Mommy again. Instead of eyeing me she deflected my eyes. Like there's something wrong, like they both hiding something.

"And I can't contact, Manang if ever." I gently stated.

I saw Mommy's lips part. Her eyes somehow flip to different emotion. Daddy squeezed his senses when he heard my suggestion. But of course he maintains his own composure.
