Nikolas gazed into her eyes, his eyes burning with a fire that Brooklyn had seen many times before. She could read his eyes so well by now. She could feel the intense desire he felt for her. “Come here,” he whispered softly. Brooklyn went closer to him, clinging to him just like he had asked her to.
