32: Surprise

Damien, the man with the gorgeous eyes, proved he was a great company last night.

Though it felt a bit weird when he was flirting with me. Overall, I had a great time and by the time we decided to call it a night, it was almost two in the morning. He did take me home. After much argument.

I learnt that he wasn’t easily dissuaded, especially when he put his mind to something.

For some reason, I was more interested in dressing up. So I picked up my best blouse and the new pants I had got for work. I spent more time on my hair than I usually did. I tried curling it, which was a failure, so I just straightened it and went on my way.

I got into work quite early, most of the floors were empty when I got there. I head straight to my office and decide to catch up on work that I might’ve missed from yesterday. There wasn’t much to do. And I knew it would take an hour or two at most.
