Fifty-fifth Run

As the group's conversation continued and flowed, Brandon's attention turned to Lacy and Harol; their presence was a welcome addition to their tight-knit circle. He wanted to ask these two a question. They seem to be able to blend into their group. Even though the people in his group feel okay having them, they still have to know their plan. After all, each of them has a different plan.

"So, Lacy, Harol," Brandon began. His tone isn't too gentle, but there's a hint of being curious. "What are your thoughts on joining us for the journey ahead?" he asked, making the others look at him in disbelief.

Of course, it was Hannah who knew him the best since they grew up together. Being together with Brandon is harder than being together with your toxic relatives. However, right now, for some reason, Hannah was shocked to hear those words from his own cousin brother.
