“I will drive us home, besides mum must be damn worried,” Celine announced.

Henry let out a chuckle, laughing with eyes “I wouldn't want to end up in an accident, love.” Celine darted a feigned glare at him.

“You can't force me, your highness.”

A blush appeared on her face, she hopped in the car with a wide smile, the smile she had never had. Her life feels complete with her family whole and healthy but she didn't think of the evil lurking in a corner.

Henry drove, they were only stealing glances at each other in silence.

“Dad, do you treasure every moment we share just like I do?” Celine broke the silence.

“Uh… that's not a question, love. I treasure every second I set my eyes on you. I regret the fact that I didn't see you grow up.”

“Those three days we spent tomorrow felt like 20 years, Dad. You don't have to be sorry.” Celine chimed.

The vehicle halts at his mansion.

They alighted with a smile. Don crinkled his nose when he sighted Celine, he got disgusted
