Chapter 7

The next morning, Liam woke up earlier than anyone else. He had an alarm clock in his mind that helped him to wake up on time. Because of his fixed schedule in the pack, Liam was used to waking up early. Now, leading a normal life briefly made him feel utterly useless. Liam never knew a life outside a pack. He didn’t know what to do in all those hours.

He just sat there on his bed, thinking about what he should do next. It was just four in the morning. That was his usual waking time. He would go for a patrol at four-thirty in the morning and then every four hours. That would take two hours. When he came back to the pack mansion, breakfast was already served by the pack’s cooks.
