The rest of the holiday went smoothly.

Damon promised my father he was going to link him up with his brothers and my father didn’t care if I slept at home or with Damon in his hotel. I spent half of the week in the hotel with him and the other half was spent out with him. I was barely home but I managed to sleep in the house three nights out of the seven nights left. I didn’t want my parents to think I was obsessed with the man.

When the time came for me to go back to school, my parents had completely opened up to the idea. As long as I was with Damon and Damon had connections that could bring them multimillion-dollar deals, they didn’t care.
